Our Expertise with FEA

Conducting these tests with FEA as part of the manufacturing project, we use the reactions of the product to improve its quality and functions. The FEA uses various computer software for different external/internal loading conditions to evaluate stresses, deformation, and strain rate temperature on the model of the product.

Additionally, if the product yields undesirable results, FEA helps us in creating a new design that meets your specifications. We also provide detailed analysis reports for accurate product optimization. Our highly experienced team tests different types of loading, including structural, fatigue, thermal, dynamic, cyclic, and seismic loading, to identify critical failure conditions and ensure product integrity for given specifications.
